Refund Policy

1. Subscription Services
We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you are not happy with your subscription, the following refund terms apply:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, no refund will be issued for the current billing period, but your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial annual purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion for the remaining unused months.
2. One-Time Implementation Services
Custom implementation services are scoped and invoiced per project agreement. Refund eligibility is as follows:
- Before work begins: Full refund available.
- During implementation: Refund for uncompleted milestones, as defined in the project agreement.
- After delivery: No refund, as the service has been rendered.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for your request:
We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may not be issued in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
- Fraudulent or abusive use of our services.
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal (for subscription services).
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
