1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Zilmaks Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), including Memorykeeps and Yos Review, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Zilmaks Inc. provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and custom implementation services. Our current offerings include:

• Memorykeeps: A secure digital memory preservation platform.
• Yos Review: An AI-powered review management system for businesses.
• Custom Implementation: Tailored deployment and configuration services for enterprise clients.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during signup. One-time implementation fees are invoiced per the agreed project scope. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility and the refund process.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in our services, including software, design, and content, remains the property of Zilmaks Inc. You retain ownership of content you upload to our platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zilmaks Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platforms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
